We at Comtrac are excited to announce a new strategic partnership with Atturra, one of Australia’s leading technology services providers. Atturra will become a reseller and implementation partner for Comtrac, helping clients across law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and industry adopt our platform seamlessly.

Under the new partnership, Atturra will become a reseller and implementation partner for Comtrac and establish a shared services model hosting its software enabling clients to seamlessly adopt the Comtrac platform while leveraging Atturra’s extensive systems integration, analytics, change management, and training capabilities to improve the quality of investigations and enforcement outcomes.

This collaboration also strengthens our ability to scale across multiple jurisdictions and complements Atturra’s growing ecosystem of regulatory, safety, and compliance technology partners, including Nuix and SafetyCulture.

Modernising investigations through AI-assisted evidence mapping

At Comtrac, we built our platform to transform how investigations are conducted. We automate evidence analysis, link exhibits to key offence elements, and quickly generate court-ready briefs of evidence and legal applications—tasks that traditionally require substantial manual effort and are difficult to scale.

We know many agencies still rely on spreadsheets or traditional case management tools, which are fragmented and focused on record-keeping rather than improving investigative outcomes. Comtrac bridges this gap. Our platform complements existing systems, reduces administrative burdens, and speeds up evidence preparation—reducing months of work to days and multiplying team productivity.

Together, Atturra and Comtrac will empower agencies to:

  • adopt AI-driven evidence assessment

  • improve the speed, accuracy, and consistency of briefs of evidence

  • reduce administrative burden and rework

  • increase frontline investigative capacity to meet rising caseloads

  • strengthen secure, auditable, and defensible case preparation

“We are thrilled to partner with Comtrac to further enhance our client offerings,” said Alastair Brooke, Atturra’s Safety Solutions Practice Director. “With regulatory and compliance requirements increasing across industries, the need for secure AI and modern digital collaboration has never been greater. By leveraging Comtrac’s industry-leading technology, we aim to transform the investigative case management industry sector.”

Atturra’s delivery capability, including its focus on professional services, will enable clients to deploy Comtrac more effectively, ensuring the platform integrates with existing systems, data platforms, and governance frameworks—a common barrier for agencies adopting next-generation investigation tools.

Craig Doran, Founder and CEO of Comtrac, said, “We are excited about the opportunities this collaboration presents, including our capability now to become a parter of choice for all levels of government, including local councils, where Atturra is an ideal strategic fit with its tremendous footprint in this market.

By working with Atturra we’ll be able to reinforce our ability to service markets at scale with investigations in areas such as criminal conduct, environmental crime and biosecurity, fraud and financial crime, health and safety breaches, corruption and misconduct. Our aim is to remain the trusted solution for investigation and digital brief of evidence management and in leveraging Atturra’s capabilities we’ll be able to accelerate the adoption of our software and enable our clients to achieve maximum benefits from our innovative solutions.”
