This jurisdictional event for regulators in New South Wales will bring together leaders and practitioners from disciplines including policy making, licencing, education and engagement, impact assessment, compliance and enforcement and everything in between.
This event will mark the launch of AELERT’s Regulatory Capture Toolkit in NSW, this new guidance material is a resource designed to help agencies identify, assess, and mitigate the risks of regulatory capture—ensuring integrity and independence in decision-making.
The agenda will also include case studies on building regulatory priorities in a number of areas such as resource management, water, environment protection, and biodiversity and protected areas, and how this flows into a practical workshop on outcomes performance reporting.
