COMtrac has been named as a platinum sponsor for the upcoming Tech in Gov conference. The event will be held at the National Convention Centre on 11-12 May 2022.
Tech in Gov unites over 2,000 Information and Communications Technology (ICT) leaders from Australia and overseas government agencies and focuses on addressing the ICT and business issues that matter most.
Tech in Gov aims to close the knowledge gap by allowing Commonwealth, State and Local Government Departments and Agencies to collaborate with business and share knowledge and foster innovation.
“We look forward to sharing our innovations we have brought to the government sector but just as significantly, we look forward to learning about innovations by peers in this sector,” said COMtrac’s CEO, Craig Doran.
Craig will speak on the second day of the event. With over 22 years of experience in law enforcement, Craig is passionate about the role investigation management software has in transforming the judicial system.
The presentation, “It’s not a pandemic but it’s global” will provide unique insights into the role of COVID-19 in accelerating the transition to virtual courts, the importance of transparency within the investigation management workflow and how government agencies can deliver high-quality digital briefs of evidence.
“We’re delighted to be sponsoring an event that unites industry leaders across ICT, business and government sectors. I’m looking forward to presenting on the innovation and efficiencies of digital briefs of evidence,” Craig added.
Tech in Gov attendees will hear from thought leaders regarding a variety of topics. They include digital transformation, internet of things (IoT), artificial intelligence, machine learning, blockchain, cybersecurity, data and biometrics.
